Permission is granted to temporarily access Mokexa's services for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Mokexa offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
For marketplace orders and healthcare consultations, Mokexa charges a commission as specified in your subscription plan. Commission rates are clearly disclosed during signup and in your account dashboard.
You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees. If automatic billing fails, we will send you a notice and may suspend access to paid features until payment is received.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your subscription agreement. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Mokexa provides a platform connecting patients with healthcare providers. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical services are provided by independent licensed healthcare professionals.
In case of medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on telemedicine services for urgent or emergency medical conditions.
We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mokexa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
In no event shall Mokexa, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
